This NV sparkling red is made in the traditional bold Australian style - big, ripe, rich and hearty. The wine is deep plum red with purple tints, and on the bouquet shows ripe berry fruits, black pepper & allspice. On the palate the wine is voluminous in flavour with complex fruit character and generous mousse. The wine is well suited to richly sauced dishes, as a pre-dinner drink or just in celebration.
