Description
A deep, brilliant golden color. The bouquet is pleasantly spicy, smells of bay leaf and wet pebble stones. Then juicy peach, grapefruit and honey shine through. It is off-dry and has a crisp but delicate acidity. Lots of minerality on the tongue. The honey note is pronounced. Ripe apple and a very subtle spiciness complement it. Medium length with an elegant finish.
