Description
Typically rustic, this inviting Barbaresco will pair well with hard/aged cheeses or rich meat and tomato sauces. Expect aromas of cherries and leather, sweet spice, sunbaked earth and cedar notes with a whiff of violets. The palate is creamy with a powdery texture - sweet spice and cedarbox reappear on the palate layered with cocoa. Very nice acidity, medium-bodied with nice intensity and fine firm tannins on the finish.
