What is ZYN?
ZYN.ca is a website focused on offering everything wine online. We take the guesswork out of choosing the perfect wine by selecting it for you, as well as saving you money. Our expertise comes from having incredibly knowledgeable staff.
Who sources the products I see on the site?
Our products are based on the expertise of our staff. The products we source are of the highest quality and typically exclusive to us and available for a limited time only.

How do I return my product?

What do I do if my product is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We require the damaged product to be returned or to have photos taken of the damage to ensure this does not happen in the future.
How long does it take to process a refund?
It will take 72 hours to process your refund.
What forms of payment are accepted on ZYN?
We accept Canadian VISA, American Express, Discover and MasterCard.
Can I purchase over the phone?
You certainly can purchase over the phone. Call us at (403) 543-8900 during business hours (8am - 7pm Mountain Time) and we will be happy to process your order.
Is it safe to use my credit card to make purchases on ZYN?
ZYN.ca uses the most up-to-date secure technology and SSL certification to ensure that your credit card is not compromised. The payment information that you provide is encrypted and never held as accessible information on our servers.
Where is the "CVV" number located on my credit card?
You can find your CVV 3 digit or 4 digit number on the back of your credit card next to your signature panel.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once you receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you that we have your products in stock.
How do I redeem my coupon?
First, you must have a registered account with ZYN.ca and be logged in to use a coupon. You can add the coupon to your cart on the shopping cart page at any time in the section marked "Discount Codes". Alternatively, you may Proceed to Checkout and apply your coupon while entering your final order information.
- Coupons are not transferable.
- Coupons may only be used once and cannot be used on subsequent orders.
- ZYN does not accept competitor, manufacturer or any other third-party coupons.
- Please observe the coupon limits on particular offers.
- Void where prohibited.
- No cash or credit back.
- Coupon must be submitted at time of order.
- Expired coupons are not valid.
- Tax and delivery are not included in calculating minimum purchase requirement.
- Coupons are not valid on previous purchases.
- Limit one coupon per customer.
- Not valid on gift cards or gift certificates.
- Not all coupons can be used in the store, through the catalogue or on Zyn.ca. Please see coupons for details.
- We reserve the right to charge credit cards for the amount of the coupon.
Zyn.ca reserves the right to reject orders that use a coupon code that was obtained from a bulletin board or other Internet site. Zyn.ca also reserves the right to reject orders that use a coupon code that was transferred from a direct mail recipient or that are in violation of any coupon restriction listed above. If our system does not accept your coupon code and you believe you hold a valid coupon, please call us at (403) 543-8900.
Why isn't my coupon working?
There could be a few reasons why your coupon isn't working:
- You are not logged into your Zyn.ca web account (your account is accessible via navigation links found at the top right of the website).
- The coupon has expired.
- You have not met all the coupon requirements for activation.
- An item in your cart is violating coupon restrictions, which will not allow you to apply the coupon.

Can I include a gift message or gift wrapping with my order?
We package all orders with the utmost care, therefore every order is ready to gift. We also offer the option of gift messaging at the time of checkout.
Do you offer gift certificates?
We offer e-gift cards to be redeemed online only in the amounts of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $300 and $500. Click Gift Cards at the bottom of the website, fill out the information and complete your order. We will send a gift card code to the email you provide after we process your credit card.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We and our trusty ZYN wine fleets will ensure your order arrives at your desired destination within 4 days of your order. Exceptions may occur when delivering to Northern Alberta or if weather becomes a factor. We will contact you regarding any changes to the delivery of your order.
Can I have a product shipped internationally?
Unfortunately due to current government restrictions on both Federal and Provincial levels, we currently cannot ship outside of Alberta's borders.
Can I track my order?
Since we are not using a third party service to ship and deliver your order, you may contact us at (403) 543-8900 to get updates on the status of your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Calgary is $18.99. Additional charges may apply and third-party courier arrangements can be made for deliveries outside of Calgary. Another option is to pick your purchase up at our Inglewood location (1543 - 17th Avenue SE) and we will make sure your order is ready for you.
Can I expedite shipping?
Yes, however, an extra cost will be applied. Please call (403) 543 8900.
Why can't certain wines bed shipped outside of Alberta?

Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Will I have to sign for my package?
Yes, we require confirmation of delivery on all of our shipments. We also require the signature of a person who is of the legal drinking age; 18 years of age or older.
What is the status of my order?
Orders typically ship within 48-72 hours from order confirmation. Orders will be shipped to you via our ZYN fleet. Expedited delivery is available at an extra charge and in the event you need to change your delivery date, please call us at (403) 543-8900.
How do I make changes to my order?
All sales made online are final. If you need any changes made such as a change of address, you can contact our online sales team at email@example.com or call (403) 543-8900 within 24 hours of your order confirmation.
Why was my order rejected?
Federal and Provincial regulations prevent us from shipping outside of Alberta, therefore your order details must contain a viable Alberta mailing address. If for any reason you have issues submitting your order, contact us and we will work together to resolve the matter.
